ARTICLE 1 --- OUR SERVICES

The website www.kasbahagounsane.com facilitates booking online. We recommend you carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before using our services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to legally comply with these terms and conditions and possible modifications to which they are subject periodically. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and such changes will take effect once published on the website. The general conditions of sale are expressed in several languages but in case of dispute, only the French version shall prevail.

ARTICLE 2 --- BOOKING

When the reservation is confirmed by Kasbah Agounsane and after confirmation of the validity and accuracy of data in your credit card for payment, you shall be irrevocably linked to your reservation by clicking on the button "Confirm Reservation" on our site. We will send you confirmation of your reservation by e-mail to the address you have provided and we urge you, to this end, to ensure the validity of the latter. You will receive this confirmation within 12 hours after your reservation request. The currency in which prices are displayed is the Euro or the Moroccan dirham. However, these prices converted into Euro are used only as an indication. The only real and accurate prices that are binding on our Web site are those expressed in the local currency, namely the Moroccan dirham. That is, the deposit shall be charged to your credit card in Morrocan dirham. The confirmation sent by e-mail is proof of the validity of your reservation. It contains all information concerning this reservation. Please read carefully and verify all information contained in our e-mail confirmation to make sure they conform to your reservation. You have to present the confirmation e-mail upon arrival at the hotel.

ARTICLE 3 --- PAYMENT AND DETAILS OF THE CREDIT CARD

When making a reservation on our website, you must send us information about your credit card such as its number and expiration date. The payment of a deposit is required to confirm your reservation, according to the conditions laid down by Kasbah Agounsane. This shall be clearly explained and detailed on our website during your booking process before you click the button "Confirm your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, a deposit clearly specified during the booking process shall be taken directly from your credit card. The payment currency is the Moroccan dirham. This security deposit shall be charged by Kasbah Agounasne, as it will appear on your credit card statement under the trade name of "Societé Kasbah Agounsane S.A.", acting by virtue of a collecting power of attorney on behalf of Kasbah Agounsane S.a. company If your reservation is not confirmed, no amount shall be charged on your credit card. We accept payment cards such as Eurocard, MasterCard and international and Moroccan VISA. In no case Kasbah Agounsane shall be held responsible for any exchange commissions performed by your bank. The balance of the hotel room (s) reserved hotel (s) and all other costs arising out of your stay must be paid upon arrival at the hotel in local currency

ARTICLE 4 --- CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

We strongly urge you to read our cancellation policy outlined on our website prior to booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you shall be irrevocably bound by the cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, we advise you to directly contact us as soon as possible to minimize the penalties and fees you will be charged. if cancellation charges are applied, the hotel shall, in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions of Kasbah Agounsane explained before booking, charge on your credit card the due cancellation fee. Nonetheless, the foregoing shall in no case be applicable to non-refundable fares for which no cancellation or refund can take place.

ARTICLE 5 --- SECURITY

However, when transmitting data, we shall not be held liable for losses or interruptions of service resulting from an error on your part. Unless otherwise specified, the software necessary for our services or available on and used by our website, as well as intellectual property rights (including copyright) of content, information or material on our website, are an exclusive property of Kasbah Agounsane, its suppliers or its contractors. These terms and conditions of use and delivery of our services shall subject to and governed by the Moroccan law. Any dispute arising under these terms of use and from our services should only be brought to the attention of the competent authorities in Marrekech, Morocco.
